At Seulnè, we believe in the power of consistency. That's why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on every LED Light Therapy Face Mask purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your results, we'll make it right.
Return Eligibility
- You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- The mask must be in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Items must be in resaleable condition (not visibly damaged by misuse).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at hello@seulne.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mask arrives damaged or develops a defect during normal use within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will replace it at no cost to you, including free return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order if needed.
